Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been personalized, engraved, or customized specifically for you cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Perishable Goods: Food items, candles that have been burned, or other perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Items Damaged by Customer: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items Returned After 14 Days: Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us or use our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us, as this will help us process your claim more quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact us if you've done all of the above and you still have not received your refund

Sale Items

Sale items may have different return policies. Please check the product description or contact us for specific return information regarding sale items.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
